Job Description

The Cochecton Pump House, a one of a kind seasonal outdoor bar, restaurant, and event space is looking for a dependable, full or part time assistant line cook with good vibes to join our kitchen team for the 2026 season
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and motivated individuals who can handle a fast casual kitchen with a fun summer party vibe A team player who works well under pressure during busy shifts. Someone comfortable working in an semi outdoor kitchen environment. Must be available at least one weekend day. Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Work efficiently during high-volume hours. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay $18 and up, per hour plus tips (hourly rate commensurate with experience). Shift meals and drinks.
