Job Description
Dom's Pizza is hiring an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team in Latham. We're a busy, family-owned pizzeria that's been serving the Capital Region for over 46 years. Responsibilities Stretch and prepare pizza dough by hand Build pizzas accurately and consistently Operate pizza ovens and monitor bake quality Prepare ingredients and maintain station organization Follow recipes and food safety standards Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning duties Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Qualifications Previous pizza-making experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and team-first mentality Nights and weekends availability preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Opportunity for additional hours and advancement Stable, year-round employment Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Evening and weekend shifts available Overtime opportunities for qualified candidates Pay $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
