Reliability and consistency is a must. Self starters, good attitudes, maintaining cleanliness and organization are of the utmost importance. This position has the ability to grow into a Sous Chef position!
Responsibilities:
  • Grilling, frying, sautéing
  • Ensure all food items comply with portion size and quality standards
  • Complete prep work according to recipes
  • Properly store, date, and rotate items
  • Maintain proper inventory of line items needed for shift
  • Keeping up in fast paced environment with the ability to multitask!
  • Attention to detail is key!
