Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the food industry and showcase your culinary skills.Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Prepare cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, and appetizers
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized pantry area, including proper storage of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
Qualifications:
