What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen (line AND prep

) Solid knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with consistency Team-first attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Punctuality, professionalism, and pride in your station Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy times. Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook or in a food service role is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
