What You'll Do Maintain Freshness:

Ensure all ingredients are fresh and rotated properly, checking for quality and keeping inventory organized. Cook with

Excellence:

Follow recipes and cooking techniques to prepare a variety of dishes, including grilling, roasting, frying, and baking.

Master Presentation:

Plate dishes with care, ensuring proper garnish and presentation standards for every order. Keep it

Clean:

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area for proper food handling and safety.

Be Prepared:

Stock and maintain food products at the line stations to support a smooth and efficient service.

Adapt & Support:

Assist with food prep during off-peak hours, substitute for other cooks during rush periods, and collaborate as part of the kitchen team. Close with

Care:

Follow the closing checklist to clean and organize kitchen stations, assisting others as needed.

Contribute Ideas:

Attend staff meetings and offer suggestions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

What You'll Bring to the Table Experience in a high volume restaurant on sauté. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to assist your teammates in creating exceptional dining experiences. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
