The following guidelines are mandatory : safely work with knives and food slicer ability to follow food safety guidelines clean personal hygiene ability to be a team player ability to twist, bend, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds ability to be on feet for long periods of time ability to withstand the heat of the kitchen ability to properly use a ladder ability to be on time must wear anti-skid shoes and head coverings All Sassy's Truckstop employee's are placed on a 90 day probation period upon being hired.
