Summary We are seeking a skilled to join our dynamic team at The Bear Brick in Little Valley, NY. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service and culinary experiences that align with our mission to provide great food and drinks in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed Assist in menu planning and meal preparation Provide excellent food service to customers Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations Handle food items safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas Support dietary needs as required by guests. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation and cooking (mandatory) Strong knowledge of food safety practices (mandatory) Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments (mandatory) Familiarity with dietary needs and menu planning (preferred) Excellent knife skills (preferred) Ability to work effectively in a team setting (preferred) Strong communication skills (preferred) Passion for culinary arts and customer service (preferred).
