Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and team-oriented Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet services while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures Stock and prepare line stations for service Assist with food prep, plating, garnishing, and kitchen closing duties Work efficiently with kitchen staff during busy service periods
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years kitchen experience preferred Experience in a fast-paced scratch kitchen Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds Culinary degree is a plus but not required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
