In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and ensuring that every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your culinary skills will contribute to creating a vibrant dining experience for our guests, supporting the overall success of our food service operation. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook a variety of dishes with precision, maintaining consistency and quality in every plate Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and assisting with ingredient prep Maintain organized workstations, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily accessible for efficient service Assist with catering orders and special event food preparation when needed Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling Experience with menu planning, food industry practices, and catering is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Prior restaurant or culinary experience demonstrating skill in food service and kitchen operations Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
