Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary needs and preferences of guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Handle food products safely, employing proper food handling techniques throughout the preparation process. Provide excellent food service during meal times, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and safety in all cutting tasks. Support kitchen staff with various tasks as required, contributing to a cohesive team environment. Skills Proficient in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and overall kitchen operations. Familiarity with food service practices and food handling regulations is essential. Previous restaurant or culinary experience will be beneficial for this role. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices is crucial to maintain a safe working environment. Experience with pizza is a plus.
