Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative toppings or variations that highlight regional flavors. Manage food preparation tasks efficiently during busy service hours, supporting the overall kitchen workflow. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences that reflect regional culinary traditions. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, especially with pizza or similar cuisine. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools for efficient meal assembly. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Experience with menu planning and catering services is a plus. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
