- Review checklist and write prep list for shift

- All preparation must be dated, rotated and seasoned properly
- All dishes must be set up according to specifications (proper portions, clean dishes and taste)
- Prepare wholesome and healthy employee meal for team members
- Area must be kept clean and organized at all times
- Develop prep list for following day
