Our family owned and operated business is a Niagara Falls staple and has only grown in popularity since its inception in 1980. As a prep/line cook it is of the upmost importance to maintain the daily food prep duties to allow for food service, execute orders accurately, show proficiency in using a knife & communicate accordingly at each stage of the food service process. These duties, positive effort and a strong team relationship will allow for continued success and future growth within our growing company.
