We re hiring Line Cooks to join our dynamic team across multiple venues, including our Buffet, Coasters, and PJ Clarke s. What You ll Do Prepare, season, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes Follow all food safety, recipe, and portion control procedures Assist in various areas of food production as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with health regulations What We re Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel is a plus-but not required Willingness to learn-we provide on-the-job training! Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, crouching, and use of hands Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Work Environment Fast-paced kitchen setting with heat, equipment, and coolers/freezers Moderate to loud noise levels Flexible availability needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
