Job Description

Line Cook prepares, cooks and plates food items to specified recipes and standards of the Keuka Breeze Bar & Lounge & Seasons Conference Center and the New York State Health Department.
Benefit Conditions:
Only full-time employees eligible
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed. Attention to detail Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes runs food when needed and dishes if needed
