• Part-time Overview We're a fast-paced Greek street food truck serving gyros, souvlaki, and other classic Greek favorites across Nassau County, Long Island.

We're looking for a reliable, high-energy line cook who can handle both prep and service in a tight, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 20-30 hours per week One prep/cleaning day per week (6-8 hours depending on workload)

Responsibilities:

• YOU WILL NOT EVER NEED TO DRIVE THE TRUCK

• Prepare ingredients and complete weekly prep Deep clean and maintain the food truck on prep day Cook and assemble sandwiches (gyros, souvlaki, etc.

) during service Work the grill and fryer as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

1-2 years of cooking experience preferred (grill/fryer experience a plus) Ability to work quickly, safely, and professionally in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable and able to meet at various locations across Nassau County Reliable phone and personal transportation required Must speak English Able to lift 50 lbs comfortably Comfortable working in heat and in close quarters with a team Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
