As a Cook in our award-winning Nutritional Services department, you don't just "prep meals"—you provide comfort and healing to our patients and community. We are looking for a culinary professional who leads with empathy and takes pride in helping others through the craft of cooking.
What You'll Do High-Impact Prep:
Handle high-volume batch cooking and precise a la carte service for patients, staff, and special events. Food prep is a must.
Culinary Artistry:
Use your expertise to follow standardized recipes while maintaining the highest quality of taste and presentation.
Safety Excellence:
Maintain a spotless, safe, and organized kitchen environment by strictly following all sanitary and safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education:
Culinary Arts Degree is required.
Safety Certification:
HACCP training is required.
Skill Set:
Master-level food prep skills are essential; exceptional knife skills are a significant plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in batch cooking and a la carte service.

Purpose:

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
