Pizza Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pizzaiolo to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas that delight our customers. Manos pizzeria voted by pizza top 50 two years in a row as at top 10 pizzeria in the US Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled with food safety standards in mind Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Follow proper food handling procedures during preparation, cooking, and serving processes Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely orders Ensure that pizzas are made up to standard of Manos. Monitor pizzas in oven and make sure they are baked to standards. Requirements Prior experience in the food industry, especially in pizza preparation or restaurant settings, is highly preferred Strong knowledge of pizza specifically with higher hydration dough and long fermentation. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience in a fast-paced environment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward customer service If you are passionate about pizza and can handle a fast pace environment while maintaining quality standards then this is the place for you.
