Culinary Degree preferred, not required. Weekend availability is required with a mix of day time and night time shifts.

Responsibilities Includes:

• Ensure all food items comply with portion size and quality standards
• Complete prep work before the start of dining service
• Properly wrap, store, date, and rotate perishable items
• Broil and plate meats, poultry and fish, along with appropriate garnish/accompaniments to black & blue's standards.
• Maintain proper inventory of line items needed for shift
• Make sure orders are complete and delivered to guests at the correct temperature
• Taste items to determine accuracy of preparation

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimal of 3 years of fine dining/high volume experience
• Basic skills in reading, speaking and listening
• Must be able to read and follow recipes
• Must be able to perform essential functions to black & blue's standard with reasonable accommodation(s)
