Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled baker or cook to join our donut team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating our signature doughs and glazes, as well as frying and glazing the donuts. Your culinary expertise will help elevate our food offerings, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. •This is a baking position, that entails that you come in at the early hours of the night to get all baked goods done and delivered before the stores open at 7am Duties Prepare doughs, glazes, toppings and fry off donuts. Glaze and fill donuts in and timely and efficient manner Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail or catering purposes Assist in food production processes, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards Support food handling procedures by maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels of ingredients Skills Proven experience in kitchen encironment Knowledge of food preparation techniques within the food industry or restaurant settings Proficiency in culinary tools for food handling and decoration Familiarity with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen The ability to communicate effectively with team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in food packaging, food production, catering, or restaurant operations is highly desirable Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary talents to life in a vibrant setting where your creativity makes a real impact!
