Job Description
World Dining is a fast growing employee-owned company with full benefits and share ownership opportunities. We promote from within the Company first, if you are seeking career growth. We are seeking team players that want to be part of something great. The base wage for this position is $21.00. Health & Welfare fringe benefit of $5.36/hour is also paid on the first 40 hours worked each week.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all World Dining vending machines are fully stocked and functioning on a daily basis.
- Oversee product orders to make certain machines can be fully stocked.
- Make certain machines are in proper working order and report issues in a timely manner so that they can be addressed.
- Monitor food stock levels.
- Interact with customers and assist with food purchases.
- Assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards at the cafeteria.
- Ensure food is prepared and ready for production in a timely manner.
- Monitor food stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current Drivers License and ability to be added to insurance as a driver.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
- Experience at universities, armed services, banquet or other high volume operations is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
