We specialize in scratch-made pizza and classic American fare using fresh and high quality ingredients. We're looking for driven, respectful, and reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen. You don't need years of experience — but you do need the right mindset. If you're coachable, hardworking, and serious about becoming great in the kitchen, we'll invest in you. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail Execute prep work (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.) efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service and timely orders Assist with high-volume prep for events and busy service periods Learn and improve daily — we expect progress, not perfection What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability (this is non-negotiable) Respectful attitude and ability to take direction Willingness to learn and be coached Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen Attention to detail and pride in your work Experience helps, but mindset matters more.
