Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will craft exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight our guests and elevate our culinary offerings. Your creativity and precision will be essential in producing high-quality confections that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. Duties Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts with attention to detail and consistency Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing products Assist in food production and food preparation tasks to support the overall kitchen operations Package baked goods efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment to uphold a safe kitchen environment Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service Skills Proven pastry experience with strong cake decorating skills and familiarity with various baking techniques Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, handling, and sanitation practices Excellent knife skills for precise food preparation and ingredient handling Experience in food production, catering, or restaurant settings is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail in food presentation and packaging Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth operations Join us to bring your pastry talents to life!
