Full Job Description The Role:
Fast, focused, and fired up. XO Taco is looking for line cooks who can handle the heat, move with purpose, and put out killer food every time. If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen and take pride in what hits the plate—this is your spot.
What You'll Do:
Execute tacos and menu items with speed, precision, and consistency. Own your station—clean, stocked, dialed in. Keep up during high-volume service without sacrificing quality. Prep, cook, and plate to XO standards. Work tight with your team and communicate on the fly. Follow food safety rules—no shortcuts.
What You Bring:
Experience on the line (or the drive to learn fast). Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Cool under pressure—no panic, just performance. Team-first mindset with a solid attitude. Availability for nights, weekends, and busy shifts.
