Emerald Cocktail Kitchen Hey there! We're seeking a team-oriented Line Cook to join our team at Emerald Cocktail Kitchen for the summer, the only rooftop bar in Syracuse located in the vibrant Tipp Hill neighborhood! As part of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving all food menu items for lunch & dinner. Responsibilities Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces for the day or for the week. Prepping food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift. Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs. Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Assisting with organizing the truck orders and rotating supplies Pulling and rotation of food per menu items, labeling and dating food. Helping with dishwashing, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen equipment

Pay Rate:

starting at $17-$19 per hour

Schedule:

Friday 10-4, Saturday 10-4, Sunday 130-930. Please email your resume
