Nighthawks in Troy, NY is searching for a dedicated line cook/prep cook. The right candidate should have experience and feel comfortable making their own specials and taking ownership over the food they make! This job requires some nights on the line along with prep. Nighthawks is a farm-to-table neighborhood restaurant in Troy, NY. We are passionate about taking great care of our employees, our guests, and our community. Everything is made from scratch, using as many local high quality products we can get our hands on. We work with whole animals from local farmers, and appreciate using everything and creating anything we can think of.

The right candidate should:
