Fry Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail. As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting our chefs in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and dicing as per the menu requirements. Clean and prepare meats and seafood as instructed by head chefs. Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the head chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques in food preparation. Knowledge of catering practices is beneficial but not required.
