Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced line cooks to work the afternoon into evening shifts, to execute dishes for banquet events and a la carte dining. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Prep and prepare ingredients per specific recipes as directed and instructed by the Executive Chef. Ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes and desserts as directed by the Executive Chef. Qualifications Good communication skills 2 years of same experience in hotel and resort or private club is preferred. Must have high volume experience. Must be reliable Must be able to work as a team member Must be willing and able to pass a drug test and
NCIC-III
background check (this background check is required to access West Point).
