Key Responsibilities:

Meal Preparation :

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences.

Menu Execution :

Follow menus and recipes to ensure consistency, flavor, and nutritional value.

Kitchen Management :

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations in the kitchen.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with dietary staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.

Special Diets :

Accommodate residents' dietary restrictions and preferences.

Qualifications:

Experience as a cook in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting (preferred). Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for creating meals that promote health and wellness.
