Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Help with banquet setup and breakdown
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
  • Must learn all recipes and specs
  • Must maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Must follow food safety guidelines
  • Must have the ability to prepare all orders within specified ticket times
  • Maintain organization and cleaniness throughout service
  • Must be able to stand for 4-8 hours at a time
  • Must complete any tasks delegated by management
Skills:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
