Line Cooks Patio season is just around the corner, and we are getting ready for an amazing summer! To make sure our kitchen can keep up with the high demand out on the patio, Ghost Tree Brewing Company is looking to expand our incredible team. We are currently hiring for a Kitchen Manager, Line Cooks, and Pizza Makers! We are a proud family-owned, operated, and veteran-owned business. Raises come with experience. You have potential to earn more after your 90 day probationary period.

Required Duties and Responsibilities:

Dependable Works efficiently and calmly even when it gets overwhelming Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times Follows all safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines Adhere to personal hygiene policy, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform for every shift Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period Works as a team Able to work in a fast-paced environment Keep work area and serving line equipment clean and adheres to all sanitation guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Continuous standing, bending, lifting/ carrying items (up to 60 pounds) Previous kitchen experience is required
