Experienced Line and Prep Cook

Job Overview Iron City Sports Bar is looking for an experienced Line & Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Bellefontaine. We're searching for someone dependable, organized, and team-oriented who can help support both prep and line operations in a fast-paced sports bar kitchen. This position is not entry level. We're looking for someone who can handle multiple kitchen responsibilities including prep production, fry station support, grill/flat top assistance, stocking, maintaining pars, and helping keep the kitchen clean and organized during busy shifts. We value consistency, accountability, communication, and teamwork. The right person for this role takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen. Responsibilities Prep food for daily service Support fry, grill, and line operations Maintain prep pars and organization Assist with stocking and kitchen cleanliness Help execute consistent food quality during busy shifts Follow recipes and systems consistently Assist with opening and closing duties Work alongside ownership and kitchen leadership team Qualifications 3+ years kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability required Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation Ability to multitask and stay organized ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Types:

$19.50 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
