At our new Brecksville location, we're building a team of culinary professionals who take pride in their work, their workspace, and the guest experience. Who You Are A reliable, detail-oriented cook who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You understand the importance of consistency, timing, and cleanliness. You're eager to learn, comfortable working on multiple stations, and you bring a positive, team-first attitude to every shift. What You'll Do Execute dishes with precision, following Flour's recipes and plating standards. Work sauté, grill, oven, pantry, or pizza stations as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized station throughout service. Assist with prep lists and ensure product is properly rotated and labeled. Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine with daily kitchen operations. Uphold portion control standards and minimize waste. Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership to keep service smooth. Contribute ideas and feedback to specials and seasonal menu items. Assist with closing and opening duties to keep the kitchen organized and ready. What You Bring 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience (Italian or fine dining a plus, but not required). Strong knife skills and comfort with a variety of cooking techniques. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy service. Dependability and punctuality—your team can count on you. A positive, teachable attitude and passion for food. Weekend and evening availability.
