Compensation:
$17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Guarantee that quality food is supplied by following specified storage and waste control requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products Control the grill and cook the food in accordance with the directions on the meal order slips or in verbal instructions Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations Verify the temperature of cooked food using a thermometer to make sure it's safe to consume Clean equipment and work surfaces at the end of each shift, including sweeping floors, mopping, and cleaning counters
Qualifications:
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage regulations About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 19 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
