We are looking for a motivated Prep / Pasta Maker who wants to grow in a professional kitchen environment and contribute to a restaurant that values quality and tradition. Qualifications Previous kitchen prep or restaurant experience preferred Experience making fresh pasta is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Weekend and evening availability preferred
