In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes that delight our guests and uphold our restaurant's standards. Your expertise in food preparation and food safety will ensure every meal served is exceptional. We have opportunities for overtime and a free meal will be available every shift worked. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding food service experiences Support occasional catering events and special functions Skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on grilling techniques and food preparation Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling Prior experience in restaurant or catering environments Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team Familiarity with dietary department requirements, menu planning, and food industry best practices
