This is a high-volume, high-energy kitchen where every team member plays a key role in delivering craveable food with clean ingredients—and having fun while doing it. We serve up burgers, fries, shakes, and more —but with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and scratch cooking . What You'll Be Doing:

Cooking delicious food to spec, fast and clean Owning your station and keeping it stocked, clean, and organized Supporting your team on prep, line, and dish as needed Following food safety and sanitation standards every step of the way Communicating clearly and staying cool under pressure Bringing good energy and showing up ready to hustle

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right fit) Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and move with efficiency Strong communication and teamwork Flexible schedule including nights and weekends Respect for people, food, and the space you work in Why Bareburger?
