Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Build customized customer orders by assembling ingredients according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a visually appealing and efficient service line. Follow standardized procedures for portion control to ensure consistency in food quality. Collaborate with team members to meet customer demand during peak hours. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, adhering to health regulations. Efficiently handle and prepare fresh ingredients for daily service. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and special requests.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar fast-paced, build-to-order food service environment is preferred. Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing menu items and promotions. Effective communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
