Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with meal preparation, including portioning, plating, and garnishing to enhance visual appeal. Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques, including correct storage, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention. Support kitchen operations during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders while maintaining high standards of quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery in a lively restaurant environment. Maintain accurate records of food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure continuous operation. Qualifications Prior experience working as a fry cook in a busy environment is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a fast-paced setting. Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques are essential for efficiency and safety. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices to uphold health regulations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
