We're looking for a skilled line cook who can jump in and contribute right away with minimal supervision. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced line cook who is confident, dependable, and ready to work from day one. This is not a training position —you should already be familiar with kitchen operations, food safety, and maintaining consistency in a busy service environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to our standards Set up and stock your station efficiently before service Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with the kitchen team Requirements Proven line cook experience (minimum 1 year preferred) Ability to work independently with little to no training Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Dependability and punctuality are a must Ability to handle high-volume service under pressure Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent hours
