The ideal candidate will be someone who is team-orientented, can prepare food to the chef's specifications, set up stations to effectively run a shift, and clean up after the job is done. We work hard, but try to have fun while doing it! Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting High volume kitchen experience Familiarity with food safety and dietary restrictions Proficient knife skills and meal preparation techniques Background in food industry roles, demonstrating a commitment to quality and safety standards Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Handle food with care, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food service and meal preparation.
