Evening Line Cook

```Duties```

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
• Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including washing and putting away dishes
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation ```Experience```
• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
