Job Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
Assist in menu planning and development

Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife skills
Familiarity with menu planning and food preparation techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Certification from a culinary institute or relevant field is a plus
