Line Cook Monkey Island, OK Are you passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. What You'll Do As a Line Cook, you will: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with consistency and quality Follow standardized recipes and proper cooking techniques Assist with basic butchery, stock, and sauce preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Ensure all food is properly stored, labeled, and dated Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and kitchen team Help ensure the kitchen is fully prepped and ready for service Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For 2+ years of cooking experience (or equivalent training) Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and cooking methods Basic understanding of butchery, stocks, and sauces Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
