Line Cook + Event Culinary Team MemberLucidWild Estate | Dundee Hills, OregonLucidWild Estate is not a traditional winery. We're building one of the most unique hospitality destinations in Oregon. Blending world-class wine, elevated food experiences, luxury events, and unforgettable hospitality in the heart of the Dundee Hills. We are looking for a talented, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook with strong experience in events and catering to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both restaurant service and large-format events. This person takes pride in executing perfectly paired bites with our wines during normal service, while also supporting prep and execution for our large events. This position required experience supporting weddings, private events, and bespoke lunches and dinners, as well as high-volume culinary execution for events of 100+ guests. What You'll doPrepare and execute food service for daily tasting room operationsAssist with prep and execution for weddings, private events, winery dinners, and large-format hospitality experiencesSupport catering operations for events ranging from intimate dinners to 100+ person gatheringsWork closely with the Estate Chef to ensure smooth and timely serviceAssist with event setup, execution, breakdown, and kitchen organizationMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safetyExecute prep work efficiently while maintaining consistency and attention to detailSupport seasonal menu changes and special event programmingHelp maintain inventory organization and kitchen readiness for busy weekends and eventsQualificationsPrevious line cook experience requiredExperience with catering and large-scale event execution requiredExperience working at events with 100+ guests requiredAbility to work efficiently under pressure in high-volume environmentsStrong organizational and communication skillsPositive attitude and team-first mentalityAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbsWeekend and evening availability requiredPassion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiencesWhy LucidWild?
