Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, EXPERIENCED
BREAKFAST COOK
to assist in the preparation of FRESH, delicious dishes for restaurant/bar. We are a busy, fast-paced establishment in need of skilled, positive people to join our team. Breakfast experience required. Must be 21 or older & have the ability to work well with others. This position is weekends only.
Duties:
  • Weekend breakfast cook. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep tasks.
  • Assist the kitchen team in following recipes accurately for meal preparation.
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Line/Prep Cook or similar role in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen environment.
  • Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
