Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier/Barista to join the Tailwind team! Be a part of the Tailwind experience by providing excellent customer service for an amazing guest experience and bring a fun, inviting atmosphere to all travelers. As a Cashier/Barista, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, interacting with guest in a positive manner and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a positive dinning experience. Veterans and Military family members are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Interact with customers in a positive upbeat manner. Prepare perfectly pulled shots of espresso! Prepare Tailwind signature coffee drinks to recipe specifications. Prepare sandwiches and pizza. Review and understand all kitchen and health codes. Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and guidelines. Label & rotate all food. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

Knowledge of food handling procedures and food service regulations. Hands-on experience with brewing equipment. Proven experience in cash handling and customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior Barista and Cook skills preferred

Requirements:

Must be able to pass TSA background check to receive an airport badge. Must have reliable transportation. OR Food Handler Permit within 30 days of hire. No facial piercings due to Tailwind policy, clear studs are ok.

Pay:

$15.05 + TIPS!!

Shift:

3:30 am -11 am & 10:30am-close, weekend availability required.
