GENERAL DUTIES
Assist with inventory tracking, preparation and serving of food items. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or its equivalent Proficient oral and written communication skills in English Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications Hold a valid Food Handlers certification Experience in the use and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment Knowledge of ingredients, supplies and methods used in cooking Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations for chemical use in the kitchen
