Job Description

Our Family Restaurant Team, has pride in bringing Hand Crafted Italian cuisine to Lake Oswego!

Part time and Full time considerations We seek a cook that has kitchen experience, whom would like to heighten their skills and refinement of food preparation.

Learning more about our area of Italy - Marche and Northern cuisine.

Essential job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Rounds Person with 1 or more skills in Saute, Meat, Grill , Fish, Flat top: sauces and platting , antipasti replicating and platting, general station set-up and restaurant prep.

Sincere desire to provide guests with the best possible service and experienceInterest and pride in learning about foodEfficient and safe work practicesAbility to multi-task and remain calm under pressureStrong work ethicAble to replicate recipes and plating accuratelyClear communication skillsBeing a genuine team playerAble to work needed schedule
